Where is No Days Off Reception available?
We serve contractors across all 50 U.S. states. Each setup is reviewed for the business’s trade, service area and call flow before activation.
Is this a human receptionist?
It’s an AI receptionist. We tailor the greeting and questions to your business, and your team handles customer follow-up.
Can I keep my business number?
We’ll review call forwarding with your phone provider during setup. Test the routing with us before changing how customer calls are handled.
Can it handle appointment requests?
Yes. You can choose to have the receptionist collect a requested day and time. The request appears in your private dashboard, and your business confirms the appointment with the customer. The receptionist does not quote jobs.
What does it cost?
Setup is waived for new customers signing October 23–November 24, 2026, Pacific time (regularly $149). First payment is $199 before tax. $199 per month, including 300 receptionist minutes. Reviewed usage above 300 minutes is $0.35 per additional minute.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Service continues through the paid billing period. See the Service Terms for refund details.
What about urgent situations?
The receptionist can give a brief safety message and direct callers to emergency services when appropriate. It is not an emergency dispatch service and does not provide repair instructions.
