NO DAYS OFFRECEPTION™

SERVICE APPLICATIONS

Your information.

No Days Off Reception is operated by No Days Off Reception LLC. This notice covers service applications, private onboarding forms, the contractor phone app and the website measurements described below.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, business, contact details, trade and the setup information you provide. We use these details to review your application, discuss the service and prepare an approved business for activation. Please do not include passwords, payment details or customer records.

Service agreement records

When you sign, we retain the business name, authorized signer’s name and role, business email, acceptance time, signing disclosures and the exact version of the Service Terms. We use these records to document the agreement and email a copy through our existing Twilio email provider. Private agreement links should not be shared publicly. We do not collect an IP address or device fingerprint for this signature record.

Aggregate website measurements

We keep daily aggregate counts of public page views, pricing views and important button clicks so we can understand whether the website is helping contractors. These measurements do not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers or advertising cookies.

Postcard campaign links

When you open a tagged postcard link or QR code, our first-party browser session remembers the postcard trade version for the current session, for no more than 30 days. We use it to count linked visits and apply clicks by postcard version. Repeat openings and shared links count as visits; they do not identify unique people. If you apply in the same session, the postcard source is saved with your application. The campaign counters contain only a date, trade version, event and total; they do not store your name, IP address or an advertising identifier.

Where it goes

Applications and aggregate website measurements are stored with our hosting provider, Render, and reviewed by the service owner. The forms do not subscribe you to automated text messages. A first-party session cookie helps prevent accidental duplicate submissions and remembers the postcard source described above.

Customer appointment messages

When a participating contractor records a customer’s permission for appointment updates, we store the contact destination, selected channel, permission evidence and the person who recorded it. We also keep appointment changes and message status so the contractor can follow up. Permission is optional; contact details alone do not grant permission. When enabled, messages are processed by Twilio using the configured sender. Email messages contain a withdrawal link for that appointment, and customer texts support STOP. Withdrawing message permission does not cancel an appointment.

Contractor phone app

The app connects over HTTPS to your assigned business account. Your password is sent for authentication and is not saved by the app. A short-lived sign-in token is stored in your iPhone’s device-only Keychain; our server stores a digest of that token. The app loads call details, appointments and notification settings for your business. Loaded customer records are kept in app memory, not saved in persistent app storage. Follow-up statuses and notes you save are stored in the service account with its existing change history.

The contractor app does not request access to your phone contacts, GPS location, camera, microphone or photo library. Normal hosting and security records may include connection information and requested URLs. Search queries are sent to the service to find your calls.

Optional app alerts

App alerts are awaiting signed-device setup and delivery verification. If you enable them in a supported app, a random installation identifier and push token connect that phone to your contractor sign-in. Expo and Apple’s push notification service process the token and a generic new-call message. Caller names, phone numbers, service ZIPs and job details are not included in that message; sign in to the app to read them.

Turning app alerts off or signing out disables the server registration and removes its raw push token when the server receives that request. Alerts are not sent after that sign-in expires. Maintenance removes expired raw tokens, and routine maintenance removes disabled registrations and delivery history older than 30 days. Provider acceptance does not prove that a phone displayed a notification. Phone settings, connectivity and provider availability can affect alerts. Email and text choices remain separate.

Personalized greeting preview

If you use the “Hear your business” preview, we send your business name and selected sample greeting to Microsoft Azure Speech to generate audio. Use a business name only, and do not enter private information. Practice caller names, phone numbers, locations and requests stay in your browser and are not sent to the speech provider or saved as real contractor requests. Generated audio may remain in temporary server memory for up to one hour. We keep short-lived, keyed hashes of connection addresses for abuse prevention, plus aggregate usage totals to limit free speech generation. The hashes are not raw IP addresses and expire after their short rate-limit windows; expired rows are removed during later preview use. The preview does not create a live phone call, send messages or sign you up for service.

Referral tracking

If you arrive through an approved referral link, a signed first-party cookie remembers the first eligible partner for up to 30 days. It contains the partner identifier and referral time, not your contact details. When you apply, we link that referral to your application and Stripe payment records to review reward eligibility. You can enter an optional referral code if no valid link is remembered. Different devices, blocked cookies and expired links may prevent attribution. We store aggregate linked visits, which are not unique people. Partner reports do not include customer contact information. Referral tracking can be stopped by clearing the referral cookie; existing application and accounting records are retained for review.
